Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Metallurgical
Engineering.
- Fully
familiar with API 5L & 5CT, ASME, ANSI, Saudi Aramco
specifications and ISO 9001 quality system
- More
than 2 years experience as Quality Manager in a steel pipe
manufacturing company or steel factory
- At
least a certified ASNT NDT Level II (Level III preferred)

Duties: Responsible for planning, reviewing,
organizing, monitoring, directing and implementing QA/QC
departmental operations for the purpose of controlling and
ensuring product quality in accordance with manufacturing
procedures, standards and customer's specifications;
ensure that the inspection and test system is implemented
from raw material receipt through delivery of finished
products.

Control Engineers |

Duties:
Control of all inspection and testing activities; checking
of all shop inspection reports; control of receiving,
in-process and final inspection activities; monitoring
of ultrasonic, hydrostatic, flattening, DWTT and other
mechanical tests; process performance monitoring;
calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment.

Ultrasonic Testing Engineers |

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- NDT
Level II (preferably Level III) as per ASNT TC-1A or
equivalent
- 1 year
experience in NDT supervision (UT, RT, PT and MT)

Familiar with API, ASTM and ASME specifications
-
Duties: Control and monitoring of all ultrasonic
inspection activities; ensure that all ultrasonic
testing testing facilities are properly calibrated every
shift; coordination with UT service company regarding
maintenance and servicing of test equipment;
identification and control of mechanical defects;
in-charge of internal NDT training for all personnel

Quality
Control Inspectors |
-
Technical School graduate
-
Understanding of API 5L, 5CT and ASTM specifications;
familiar with ISO 9001 standard
-
Familiarity with visual & dimensional inspection criteria
will be an advantage
- 1 year
experience as a quality control inspector
-
Duties: Carry out visual & dimensional inspection
activities per API and Saudi Aramco requirements;
maintenance and calibration of all measuring devices;
perform raw material receiving inspection, in-process
inspection, final inspection and product flow monitoring;
reporting of material and product nonconformance.

Ultrasonic Testing Operators |

Technical School graduate
- At
least ASNT TC-1A Level I
- 1 year
experience in ultrasonic testing

Familiarity with USD10, USIP20 and USK7 equipment

Duties: Carry out ultrasonic testing activities;
calibration and setup of UT equipment every shift before
testing; maintenance of reference standards /
specimen; preparation of test reports;
identification and reporting of details of defects or
product nonconformance.

Mechanical Analysts |

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

Familiar with ASTM and API 5L & 5CT specifications for
mechanical testing
- 1 year
experience as laboratory analyst in a steel mill or tube
mill

Preferably familiar with Tensile, Flattening, Charpy Impact,
Rockwell / Vickers Hardness Testing, Metal Flow Exam and
Microstructure Analysis

Duties: Preparation of test samples; carry
out mechanical testing and analysis; in-charge of
laboratory test facilities; monitoring of shop
mechanical tests; preparation of test reports and
results; laboratory equipment calibration
